NEW BUILD DEVELOPMENT.
MARYLEBONE VILLAGE
A four-bedroom base-build luxury apartment set within a 16-storey newly build development, amongst 55 luxury apartments and penthouses.
In the heart of the West End’s historic Marylebone Village, right next to Paddington Street Gardens, with unparalleled panoramic views across Central London and Regent’s Park, this apartment provides the city connection, yet fulfilling the need to get away from it all without moving away.
"FOR THE INTERIOR TO BE SUCCESSFUL, THE OBJECTS & MATERIAL CHOICES MUST COMMUNICATE, RESPOND AND BALANCE ONE ANOTHER"
PROJECT GOAL.
UPLIFTING AND SOPHISTICATED SECOND HOME
The newly built, by developer cleverly configured apartment that includes generously sized rooms throughout represented a clean canvas. Bold in the simplicity of architectural details, with nearly 3m high ceilings and panoramic views.
The goal was to achieve a comfortable and relaxed luxury. Applied through a wealth of quietly expressive details: the narrow palette of earthy tones of sandy browns, champagne and blush pinks, understated finishes laid in the impactful but calming narrative. Occasionally with a loud colour pop of green, softened by its velvety texture. With grey stained oak and bronze detail to tie the whole scheme together.
COMFORTABLE LUXURY.
EXPRESSIVE DETAILS, SUBTLE TONES WITH RICH TEXTURES
Unity brought through dedication to personal details reflected in furnishing the apartment throughout with one-off hand-designed bespoke joinery, furniture and upholstery pieces. To commissioning an artist to hand-apply specialist feature wall to set a backdrop to a Dining Room vintage 1980’s Murano glass petals chandelier from Italy.
Key pieces include a custom-crafted curved credenza in specialist by artist’s hand-applied lacquer as a centrepiece between the Living Room area and Lounge nook; a vintage Cinabre Gallery wall lights in bronze and selenite to an Entrance Lobby.
"INTERIOR IS THE MOST INTENSE MADE INDIVIDUALISM THAT THE WORLD HAS KNOWN"
LUXURY REDEFINED THROUGH HARMONISING PAST & PRESENT
“The transformation of the former International House, a 1960s commercial building, into a modern architectural marvel reflects the city’s blend of history and innovation. Drawing from its surroundings, the design concept harmonises past and present.
Each room within this expansive apartment is a testament to bespoke craftsmanship, with furniture and joineries meticulously handcrafted by trusted artisans. Crown-cut European Oak veneered doors and high-grade parquet flooring with underfloor heating create a foundation of comfort and elegance. Molteni&C and DaDa bespoke cabinetry adorn the kitchens and wardrobes, while nearly every room features a private balcony or patio.
This design is a symphony of fine materials, curated to evoke tranquility and wellbeing, embodying timeless elegance with an artisan’s touch.”
