Aimed at the young prime market of varied acquired tastes, with the precision of tunnel like vision, the turn-key restoration was to recapture the spirit and quality of its original architecture.
While drawing upon each apartment celebrating its own highly individual viewpoints.
Resulting in 5 abundantly sized luxury apartments that loudly and proudly with confidence speak their own language, architectural proportions and interiors style.
Expressively reflecting the individuality of its demographically varied occupants.
Drawn from a deep dive into the feasibility study & understanding of existing architectural features, it could not be ignored that for the interiors to prove meaningful, the unconventional approach to a whole design was needed. Away from the one type fits all.
Resulting in each apartment mirroring varied lifestyles of its young HNW professionals: ‘The Long View’ for the modern visionary with a poetic view into the gardens, ‘The Reception’ for the classic & traditional lover, ‘The Niches’ for the less-is-more compact living, ‘The Boudoir’ for the Parisian living vibes and lastly ‘The Bachelor Pad’ for the independent life seeker.
