The newly built, by developer cleverly configured apartment that includes generously sized rooms throughout represented a clean canvas. Bold in the simplicity of architectural details, with nearly 3m high ceilings and panoramic views.
The goal was to achieve a comfortable and relaxed luxury. Applied through a wealth of quietly expressive details: the neutral palette of earthy tones of sandy browns, champagne and blush pinks, understated finishes laid in the impactful but calming narrative.
Occasionally with a loud colour pop of green, softened by its velvety texture. With grey stained oak and bronze detail to tie the whole scheme together.
The former International House, a commercial building build in the 1960s replaced with a modern architectural counterpart. The pre-existing elegant blend of materials played the key to the design concept. From Crown cut European Oak veneered doors and High-Grade Crown cut European oak Engineered parquet flooring with underfloor heating to Molteni&C and Dada bespoke finished kitchen and wardrobes cabinetry. Nearly every room with its a private balcony and one large patio.
