4-bedroom, 4-bathroom 3-storey mews house built in 1999 by Berkley Group as part of exclusive gated development in sought Warriner Gardens. This spacious home is one of the largest properties here.
Tacked away with an off-street gated parking and open-air internal courtyard, it offers an ideal environment for a young, growing family. Located just moments from the iconic Battersea Park, the Battersea Power Station, a stone throw from the vibrant Chelsea neighbourhood across the Thames.
The design journey focused on enhancing the modern architecture while creating a warm, functional space that harmonises with the property’s unique blend of serenity and dynamic city life. The goal was to craft an inviting environment where the family can relax and thrive, enjoying both the tranquility of their home and the vibrant social scene of West London.

PROJECT GOAL:
Designing a Family Sanctuary
To serve family’s busy lifestyle, the brief was to craft calming and easily maintained sanctuary that all four members of a growing family can enjoy now and for years to come.
With these specific requirements woven into every facet of a tailored design through meticulous curation of each room. From the helical staircase modernisation, new doors and lighting, to fully bespoke kitchen with marble surfaces to newly fitted bathrooms with bespoke vanities & built-in cabinets; tiled in contrasting ceramic tiles and tiles with marble or travertine effect.
Each bedroom receiving bespoke full height built-in-wardrobe, while Master and Guest bedrooms walk-in wardrobes. Revamped hallway with bespoke full height storage and built-in bench. All tied in a singular finish to dry floors, modernly classic light oak large chevron and matching stair cladding.
Tailored Tranquillity:
From Earthy Tones to Soft Textures
We responded by sensitively incorporating natural elements with man-made materials and soothing surfaces, textures & colours palette; complimented with contemporary bespoke wardrobes and joinery throughout. With the distribution of grounding camel browns, softer off-whites in place of pure-white, off-greys, charcoal black to gunmetal instead of harsh black, and some peach fuzz, the result is soul nourishing home to all family members that is personal to them.

MAKING A STATEMENT WITH THOUGHTFUL DESIGN AND BESPOKE CRAFTMANSHIP
There is nothing quiet when it comes to deliberate statement features throughout this house. To name a few. The helical staircase with expansive aspect, curated in layered finishes & materials: metalwork & oak, off-blacks & off-whites in various sheens; and light oak modern cladding to stairs as it matches chevron flooring. With the overhanging cluster of slim accent lights and moon-like wall lighting to extenuate the intriguing descent.
The oversized breakfast bar with extenuated radius corners, fluted surface & contrasting walnut built-in shelving to the side; grounded with a thin profile marble top that connectively elevates the geometrics of mew’s house interior architecture.
A multipurpose Mudroom to wash Milo’s paws uplifted into unpretentious Guest powder room with the oversized bespoke curved marble vanity, clayplaster & a dual lighting effect.
